Skin Fitness by Sherwood offers a variety of body treatments solutions to our clients and caters each procedure to meet you goals. Many of the treatments can be performed independently or in concert with other modalities to receive optimal results.

While massage therapy and fascia blasting are exceptional options, we also offer microcurrent, which reduces body volume and builds muscle. Cavitation is another modality used to burst fat cells and target loose skin and requires no downtime! Microneedling treatments help to tighten and reduce scarring if that is one of your skin concerns.

Body sculpting made easy. This is a process of shrinking fat cells, building muscle and detoxification of cells. An ultrasonic device used to contour stubborn areas of the body producing smoother skin and size reduction.

Microneedling

(CIT - Collagen Induction Therapy ) A process that involves repeatedly puncturing the skin, face or body, to achieve tighter skin, scar reduction, wrinkle elimination. Creates collagen and elastin formation. Great alternative for skin tones prone to hyperpigmentation from laser treatments. CIT is much more affordable and if performed in a series of treatments results are phenomenal.

Radio Frequency Laser (Electrodessication)

A process of elimination for any skin irregularities- Skin tags, hyperplasia, hyperpigmentation and angiomas. Most areas will require inspection and consultation.

Pelleve Skin Tightening

Pelleve is FDA-approved to temporarily improve the dimpled appearance of cellulite as well as skin firmness, tone and contour. It can help smooth and tighten skin on nearly any area of the body, and it is ideal for targeting stubborn problem areas such as the abdomen, arms, thighs and glutes
